We Guarantee It

At Deco BLINDS we are so confident in the quality of our products that we provide a free 3-year extended warranty on all of our products. The standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty is enhanced by an additional 2 years of cover on parts, giving you peace of mind for a total of 3 years.

Sensible Small Print

Our guarantee is clear and straightforward, with just a few obvious conditions and exclusions:

  • Accidental damage
  • Alterations to the product
  • Exposure to elements
  • Misuse
  • Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
  • Use in a non-domestic environment
  • Normal wear and tear

Product Exclusions:

  • Fabrics and dyes – normal fading

The Legal Stuff

This guarantee is exclusive and replaces all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. Under no circumstances shall Deco BLINDS be liable for incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, costs, or losses.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SureSize – Our Reassuring Measurement Guarantee

Even the most experienced person can make a mistake when measuring – we’re only human!
That’s why our SureSize Guarantee is designed to give you extra peace of mind and protect you against mismeasurements, making the whole process stress-free.

If you add SureSize to your order and your measurements turn out to be wrong, we’ll replace your blind with a brand-new one in the correct size.

How to Claim

To make a claim, simply let us know:

  • Your order number
  • The details of the blind(s) to be replaced
  • Your corrected measurements

Our team will then be in touch as soon as possible to finalise your replacement order.

The Small Print

We like to keep things simple, but here are a few important points:

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your blind. The original product must be returned to us before we can process the replacement, so please keep the original packaging.
  • SureSize covers mismeasurements only. The replacement must be exactly the same product as originally ordered.
  • If the replacement blind is smaller than the original, no refund will be given. If it is larger, you’ll just need to pay the difference. Replacement delivery is free of charge.
  • The guarantee covers up to four blinds per household, and each blind can only be replaced once.
  • SureSize is not available for Skylight Blinds, Outdoor Blinds, Shutters (except No Drill Shutters), or Privacy Sheers.
  • This guarantee is valid for UK households only.3
